  As a gluten free, paleo vegetarian I am vey lucky to live in the Bay area where food choices are honored and most places have a t least one option but to walk into a bakery and be able to chose from a mouth watering array is almost too good to be true. My gluten free 5 year adores the "monuts" and I like to mix it up, one week savory the next sweet. The sandwiches are so good that my non gluten free parents often suggest going there when they come and take home loaves of bread and treats.
  It's always yummy. My only complaint is that It is SOOOO hard to chose and often end up leaving with several. They way these folks push the limits of gluten free/ vegan/ dairy free continues to astound me.
