  Great vegetarian options! Really cool atmosphere! Take a walk to the beach!! After or grab ice cream down stairs. Get the cloud or daddy rolls! i tasted a few other plates we all did family style so it was fun to experience things i normally would not order. They were busy but you expect that from a popular place with great food. Server was decent. Hostess lady was very sweet. its a small place and we had to wait 30 min to get in. they told us 20 min but that is just a guess. it was worth the wait and they gave us a free bottle of sake when we sat down. So that was nice of them. Definitely coming here a lot

  A hidden oasis of good food and great service. Upon my first visit to Geisha, I couldn't tell where it was. It is on the second floor of a two story building with an ice cream shop below, but upon climbing those stairs and walking inside I was amazed.
  
  The decor is excellent. It stays modern and beautiful without being gaudy and out-of-place. The lighting is enough to read by, and you can peek out the window to get a beautiful view of the Capitola Boardwalk.
  
  The food is nothing short of amazing. I had previously visited Sushi Garden and ordered their Sukiyaki, only to be disappointed by its blandness, while Geisha's Sukiyaki is perfectly cooked, beautifully organized, and has a smell that wafts warmly throughout the room.
  
  Their tea menu is extensive, and there are enough choices for everyone to find something they enjoy. The sushi bar is the same, and everything tastes wonderfully fresh. In many sushi restaurants you will smell the telltale fish smell through the restaurant, a very bad sign, but here it is absolutely nowhere.
  
  I visit whenever I get the time (and can find the parking).

  Waitress forgot miso soup for half our table. Unagi on sushi roll was not fresh but sushi chef's conversation was wonderful, as always.
